Instart Update: It’s All About the Digital Experience

An Intellyx Brain Candy Brief

When we last spoke to Instart two years ago (they were called Instart Logic at the time) we were struck by two things: they had great technology — and a message that was a bit all over the place. Today, the technology is still great (and has become even more powerful), but now they have a message to match. Most importantly, it’s not a message full of hype and fluff. It’s just a message that speaks directly to the ultimate value they deliver: improving the digital experience.

To be fair, part of the problem is that the technology that underlies Instart’s solution has a broad and diverse set of use cases that it can address. Whenever we encounter such situations, muddled messages are common. What the company has come to understand, however, is that all of those use cases come down to one thing — helping their customers manage, improve, and secure the digital experience.

The company’s architecture consists of what it calls a nanovisor, essentially a type of browser virtualization that allows it manage sessions at the browser level, combined with an AI-powered global network that manages web application and content delivery. On top of this architecture, the company delivers three services that it calls DX Cloud Web, DX Cloud Tags, and DX Cloud Ads. These three solution components essentially help organizations manage the three core elements of a web-based digital experience: content and its delivery, third-party web elements, and the delivery and optimization of web-based ads. Underlying all of this is a core focus on security and performance, both essential elements to a differentiated digital experience.
