BrandOps offers a cloud-based analytics platform which uses advanced algorithmic searches and AI features to correlate all of the dimensions by which businesses achieve awareness within their market segments and recognize demand signals.

With security concerns and global privacy requirements tamping down on many of the old-school click-and-cookie user tracking methods of old, marketers are left to monitor metric inputs from several possible sources to discern market interest: online publications, social media, survey data, reviews, videos, search results, ad budgets and more.

BrandOps collects and interprets data from all of these sources, at the ‘top of the funnel’ where attributing interest from intent to purchase is murky at best. 

Leaders observe the online market activity and actions of competitors within their product category, including any content, postings, customer comments, ad buys and the like, which they can then compare to their own brand’s performance. Recommendations for improving share-of-voice, increasing market share, and smoothing the customer purchase path can then be acted upon in the enterprise’s platforms of choice.
