ManageEngine offers a comprehensive Site24x7 site management portal that encompasses a massive portfolio of ITSM, ITOM, APM and sysadmin solutions within a multiview dashboard that can be customized by role or client.
We previously covered ManageEngine’s SIEM solution in 2023 and low-code app builder offering in 2022, but we will still give you a pass if you’ve never heard of them yet.
A separately branded division of Zoho, ManageEngine acted as an internal vendor for the firm’s IT Ops, SecOps and SRE teams over the last two decades, as they scaled their own broad SaaS productivity suite to support millions of user actions a second. This experience led them to develop Site24x7 in 2008—a growing suite of IT management, observability and automation tools that SI and MSP partners can white label for their customers who are scaling multiple teams on supporting multiple application instances.
There’s a goal-oriented element to workflows within the product, where for instance users can conduct discovery of network and API service flows, then using RUM to create performance thresholds, or monitor connections for suspicious traffic. Other customers may seek AI-based recommendations for optimizing multi-cloud costs, or report automation to clear regional compliance hurdles.
The service is commercially available to end customers to coordinate their usage of the portal, with minimal team configurations starting under $10 and scaling from there. There are also many free utilities available on the site for trying out some single elements of their broad toolset.
