Many companies embark on a SaaS enablement project in order to grab some of that sweet MRR (monthly recurring revenue), and assume that they will be able to handle pricing later by adjusting rules at the payment gateway level. But as a SaaS business evolves, the difficulty of catering to specific customer groups with different subscription, usage-based and configuration-specific pricing schemes rapidly causes change management issues due to SKU sprawl.
The Stigg platform abstracts the features of pricing such as offers, usage limits and expiration dates so they can be adjusted in isolation from the application implementation and payment execution process. Teams get a simple drag-and-drop WYSIWYG editor for designing pricing pages and pop-ups that can be embedded within any webpage or app with a single API call.
A pricing analytics dashboard allows stakeholders to track the customer uptake and/or attrition trend lines of different pricing schemes, and these measurement widgets can be accessed from other FinOps or service management tools via APIs.
