The Accertify platform also supports fraud detection for other types of payment processing, merchant chargeback dispute resolution, detects anomalies in payment data, protects accounts, and offers a scalable payment gateway.
The platform is customizable and imports enrichment data from 30 different data services such as Lexis/Nexis.
Accertify delivers its solutions using SaaS based software hosted in its own private cloud data centers to ensure they can meet their customers’ strict performance and scalability requirements.
Accertify collects and analyzes all customer data, not just the “bad” or fraud data, to proactively prevent account creation, account takeover, multi-account fraud and risk, and to help resolve chargeback disputes.
Accertify was originally developed to detect payment fraud and risk for Orbitz, was acquired by American Express, and recently spun out of American Express by Accel-KKR as an independent company.
