An Intellyx Brain Candy Brief
Enterprises rely on their communications systems more than ever. Ecommerce continuously grows as more and more people use their mobile phones for shopping, banking, travel, email, and texting, increasingly putting new demands on corporate networks.
Internet of Things (IoT) devices are increasingly integrated into corporate networks. And corporate networks are increasingly connected to public cloud providers.
Employees are using smart phones linked to mobile 5G and WiFi networks. As organizations expand into global markets their communications infrastructure becomes more and more critical.
Globalgig’s Orchestra platform offers comprehensive business and operational support systems (BSS/OSS) that unify and simplify corporate communications services, including mobile with virtual SIM, IoT, Internet, SD-WAN with SASE, and cloud connectivity. Orchestra allows an enterprise to centrally administer communication services and monitor their performance. Globalgig’s mobile services also include wireless broadband and private LTE and 5G networks.
The Orchestra platform subscription includes networking hardware, software, and design assistance to identify required business services, setting up the services, and keeping them running smoothly and reliably.
The Orchestra platform includes an Insights component for customers to have continuous visibility and AI driven analysis of their user level experience, including site by site drill down views.
The Insights component also monitors network assets (e.g. circuits and SD-WAN equipment) at the site level, including availability and health of the business service (i.e. are any network routers overloaded or failing), and interfaces to ticketing and priorities for remediation of any issues.
