Most enterprises expect high-traffic ecommerce websites, streaming media and financial transaction services to produce high volumes of data. However, AI-based applications and training models can generate a storm of data with very complex and irregular I/O profiles that can impact throughput and create latency.

A million tiny 5K records may need to flow in at one moment, and a 50 GB blob archive or image set the next, which can cause processing bottlenecks, unanticipated data capacity issues, and excess storage costs.

VDURA’s NAS manages data pipelines across remote and local Flash and HDD storage resources under a single namespace.
