Huvr: Digital context realization for real-world sensors

An Intellyx Brain Candy

Huvr Intellyx BC logoHuvr provides an AI-driven integration layer for ingesting and processing data signals from a wide variety of devices and sensors, while using machine learning algorithms to progressively recognize contextual patterns and alerts based on real-world conditions.

One of the most intractable hurdles to achieving true business value from IoT technologies is that once you hoover up feeds from countless cameras, audio sources, temperature and chemical sensors, it’s really hard to wring useful insights out of so much data beyond simple monitoring and threshold-based alerts.

Huvr’s self-learning AI inference models can make connections between signals and real-world phenomena. The implications for security and behavioral threat recognition in high-survillance public spaces like casinos and sport arenas are obvious. There are many more consumer use cases and industrial applications for understanding and deducing meaning from multiple sensory inputs to explore.

For instance, a high-pitched noise could be a malfunctioning machine in need of a new part, or, when combined with a chemical sensor, could indicate an ammonia leak that calls for evacuating humans from the area.

Their Aura platform offers a monitoring dashboard and API-addressable feeds, and can be leveraged in a SaaS form factor hosted by Huvr, or deployed as a private inference cloud for isolated facilities or remotely located environments.
