SnapLogic: Integration Platform for Developing AI Agents

An Intelly Brain Candy Update

When we last covered SnapLogic, the discussion was all about their easy to use integration platform.

When we spoke with SnapLogic last week, the discussion was all about their new capability for building and deploying AI agents on their integration platform.

SnapLogic’s new AgentCreator visually creates and deploys AI agents with multiple LLM support, including agent evaluation, observability, and data security.

Although AgentCreator supports multiple LLMs, SnapLogic recommends the Bedrock LLM because of their partnership with AWS and deep integration with Bedrock.

SnapLogic’s platform supports data and application integration equally, and they built both capabilities themselves from the ground up.

For AI agents they have added an AI based “guided experience” called SnapGPT for working with their catalog of integrations, including an “Auto-sync” feature to transform data. AgentCreator deploys agents into new or existing workflows.

SnapLogic started investing in API management five years ago, and now feel they have a competitive APIM offering. MCP server creation is under development.

New capabilities in their data integration components improve data quality for gen AI because they see data quality is the biggest challenge for gen AI.

They see trust as the second biggest challenge for gen AI, and have added new capabilities in AgentCreator that support data masking, data anonymization, security, observability, and governance.

An AI utility generates documentation for pipelines and agents and analyzes best practices.
