You might ask Computer to build for you a customer-facing agentic AI assistant for a particular account, using an active bidirectional knowledge graph of structured and unstructured data—documentation, conversations across multiple communication platforms, contracts, user roles and permissions.

We’ve seen a number of general purpose agent builders with MCP interfaces for communicating with external services. The differentiator here is the speed of organizational knowledge transfer, reasoning and action, through a proprietary RAG platform for agent skill building within the context of the user’s own business and the needs of customers.

There’s an observability dashboard for measuring usage levels, and agent behaviors can be maintained or modified through either low-code workflow builders or a pro-code IDE approach.
