Much attention has been paid here to easing user experience for SOC analysts, since the workload of viewing and triaging incoming terabytes of data from a modern enterprise application estate that includes telemetry and alerts from service management, CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, and cloud native infrastructures is well beyond the capacity of most teams who are only using regular SIEM platforms.
The product presents workflows of threat recognition and incident resolution through a smooth analysis interface with a conversational AI assistant that can make recommendations for even level 2 or 3 issues, backed up by global threat information and the company’s own collected knowledge graph. Then, specialized agents, or “exabots” can kick in and to automate multi-step resolution workflows or pull together data for analyst investigation of particularly difficult issues.
