Bringing enterprise AI governance postures up to changing compliance requirements is no small task. That’s why the firm continues to cultivate better practices for auditing and benchmarking customer GenAI and Agentic AI usage with its channel partners, alongside its own platform development.
To reach higher levels of maturity, responsible AI actors in this new agent-driven world should be able to actively monitor and interrogate all AI usage, while adaptively using AI assisted workflows in order to apply governance policies at the scale and speed of change. Specific compliance resolution workflows such as bringing in an emerging New York City AI standard (NYC144) can be supported with policy packs.
