AI agents are proliferating through enterprises at a rate we couldn’t have possibly predicted even a year ago, and it’s no wonder. Just grab any pre-made agent model from a library, prompt them with instructions and data, give them access to some tools, perhaps through an MCP server, and they autonomously go to work. What could go wrong?

Since Agentic AI is a very new technology, existing cybersecurity platforms were not built to look for signs of agent manipulation and prompt injection that can result in data exfiltration, system crashes and other high-liability side effects of toxic content and malicious behavior.
Straiker’s instrumentation agents and sensors (based on the lightweight eBPF standard) are embedded within the AI proxy and gateway layers, as well as within container clusters, returning Otel-native traces to provide a comprehensive activity monitor and behavioral risk map for a quickly changing agentic application architecture as it runs in production.
When an agentic threat pattern is discovered by their offensive agents, defensive agents replicate the exploit and make recommendations for improving model safety and agent controls. Companies can continue to use their existing SOC, SIEM and ITSM platforms to record and manage resulting incidents for resolution.
