For example, a customer can create an agent that reviews user entitlements and flags risky entitlements, integrating relevant data sources with prebuilt agent functionality.
Or a customer can create an agent that inputs data from ServiceNow and assigns tickets to employees based on the ticket description, automatically assessing the ticket’s priority.
Airrived’s drag ‘n’ drop GUI integrates agents with data sources and combines them into workflows. Customers use preconfigured data integration sources and choose from among more than 20 prebuilt agents, which can be combined to create complex workflows. Customers can also create their own custom integrations, agents, and workflows.
The platform is designed for security and IT analysts and to be accessible for users without coding skills.
The platform fine tunes LLMs and creates domain-specific LLMs to improve model performance. It trains agents on an organization’s knowledge base and sets objectives for the agents so they can work independently and autonomously within set policies and guardrails.
