An Intellyx Brain Candy Brief
Force Equals provides a strategic plan orchestration service that uses multiple specialized AI agents to produce and prioritize business and technology project plans with functional and infrastructure requirements, business goals, and benefit and risk analyses for collaboration among teams and individual stakeholders.
We’ve seen a number of enterprise planning, value chain management, and process orchestration tools over the years, so it does seem like a natural progression for AI-driven versions of these systems to come into play – in fact, most surviving solutions already have implemented a ChatGPT-style natural language interface.
What’s different here is a project dashboard that shows how multiple specialized agents are working in parallel to mature requirements and build supporting context underneath them, whether from discovered data and documentation or multi-agent inference. The system resolves the cold start/blank page problem of projects by looping in humans for review and input at critical decision points when the project is mostly mapped out and ready to adopt and implement, or deferred for later if the informed analysis supports that decision.
Of course, since most AI tools have a digital contact surface, there’s a high likelihood that software design plans and some coding agents would be included in the mix, though it’s more of a system of orchestration than execution, so it could help frame out plans for a software product manager as well as a consumer product manager or corporate planner.
A unique concept of memory control ensures that sensitive planning or personnel data used by the agents in each assignment isn’t exposed to prompt hacking from another project or public LLM training.
