An Intellyx RSAC 2026 Brief Update
Over the years, Cohesity has helped enterprises safely roll their data estates forward amidst constant transformation – from hybrid cloud disasters to today’s agentic AI threats, since our last briefing with the cloud-based data security and recovery platform in … 2018? Wow!
At RSAC they were announcing AI-powered features for 2026, including an ability to scan primary and secondary backups for potential anomalies to assure a clean data recovery after a cyberattack, as well as identity resilience to rebuild permission infrastructures from scratch if compromised. They have also integrated with Google Threat Intelligence to improve their detection algorithms and responsively sandbox corrupted data and potential malware.
There’s also a cool new agent resilience solution that tracks agent actions and acts like a selective undo, rolling changes back automatically to a last good state when an agent makes a mistake or is potentially acting on behalf of an attacker. When working with their AI agent “control tower” solutions from partners like ServiceNow or Datadog, observability and risk management become well-orchestrated and de-risk agentic AI adoption.
“Here at RSAC the level of understanding among IT and security leaders has been encouraging,” said Rob Sadowski, VP Product & Solution Marketing, Cohesity. “It’s not just about detecting problems from a rogue AI agent, or data recovery after a ransomware attack, it’s about building resilience. How quickly can I get my business back up and running when I’m impacted, so I can get back to serving customers as fast as possible?
