DRYiCE is an independent software unit of HCL, the global technology company, that is delivering an AIOps platform focusing on the other parts of the AIOps story: management, automation, and insights. While the company partners with other AIOps vendors to handle the monitoring and alerting portion of the stack, the company has built its platform from the ground up to help organizations apply intelligence to the management and oversight functions of IT operations.
The company’s portfolio of solutions includes an automation platform, a cloud management platform, an analytics platform, and what it calls a Cognitive Virtual Assistant (or an intelligent agent). The company believes that its approach will help enterprise organizations transform and simplify their IT and business operations by leveraging AI and its approach to management, automation, and insights.
