Panzura: Adding predictive filtering to data observability

Panzura logo 2022An Intellyx Brain Candy Update

Panzura continues to expand their aperture of data observability with assessment and filtering across a wider array of unstructured data sources and storage volumes since our previous coverage of them in 2022 and 2018, through this year’s acquisition of Moonwalk Universal.

Many companies have an untapped wealth of unactionable data locked within ever-expanding storage volumes, documents, and even vertical-specific proprietary systems that predate cloud computing.

Panzura’s system provides an auto-discovery and risk assessment control plane across a massive hybrid data storage estate, so queries and compliance workflows can move forward with minimal duplication and effort.

If compliance goals call for data cleansing or “data rot” removal, Panzura’s suite can now connect and run automation across multiple data platforms, to delete, migrate, operate and scan for PII, while tagging remaining content with metadata to increase confidence in future query results and audits.
