Nimble: Agentically subsuming the web to power application processes

An Intellyx Brain Candy Brief

Nimble logo Intellyx BCRemember those funny high-speed data plan ads that said “we make the Internet run so fast, you’ll run out of pages?” Funny that here in the age of AI search, some folks think a big LLM can “suck up the Internet” without discretion for use by agents – a massively expensive proposition which delivers stale, slow, irrelevant and inaccurate results for business purposes.

Nimble infuses their AI enterprise web searches with context relevance to power real-time business applications. Their web search agents autonomously browse or continuously monitor web pages, API connections, and SaaS apps in order to extract, verify, normalize and secure process-aware data for building domain-specific application workflows.

Customers can start from business workflow-specific or industry domain-specific search agent templates, then improve the data pipeline’s fidelity over time as contextual memory persists across each search run. Results can live in Nimble’s persistence layer or within the enterprise’s data stacks of choice.

So for instance, a retailer may want to build a product assortment and SKU map for a chain of stores and an online portal. They might start by leveraging one Nimble agent researching product catalogs for specifications, then another agent continually crawling competitor sites for prices, while another agent normalizes resulting product units and prices so the company’s proprietary pricing engine keeps humming.
