Solace is operationalizing Agent Mesh, an event-based agentic orchestration platform that allows clients to build, run and improve both leading vendor and custom-built agents under a common service connectivity and governance workflow.
Since our last coverage of Solace in 2025, they have really built upon their bona fides as a streaming data, API, and event message broker found “close to the wire” within many large institutions and enterprises.
You can download, build or bring your own agents into this open platform. With virtually every major tech vendor pushing their bets in with their own flavors of agentic AI platforms and LLMs, Solace is in a unique position to give each agent an integration and identity wrapper, and set the “house rules” for all of these disparate AI players to maintain state and context across integration points.
Because the agents are running adjacent to messaging and event data, they can leverage that real-time context for live runtime work, rather than making costly, latency-inducing round trips for each prompt and automated action.
