Unlike other bloggers we could mention, we tend not to get too obsessed with making shots in the dark on things we can’t substantiate or being overly opinionated on what the next big thing is going to be.
Wouldn’t exactly say we’ve seen it all before (that would be churlish), but we have learned the importance of being more analytical. I guess that makes us sceptical about joining the the ‘predictions for 2015′ band-wagon.
But we do like reading them. Amongst the best I’ve seen have been by Jason Bloomberg (@TheEbizWizard) but that dried up in December 2013 when he left ZapThink. They were good because Bloomberg always published a critique from the previous year, to evaluate how accurate or not his predictions actually were. Sometimes looking back isn’t a bad thing.
