The problem is that technology vendors and consultants are constantly bombarding you with visions of a magical transformation into a Digital Enterprise. Just ‘buy this’ and ‘do that’ and the vision can become a reality.
You don’t really believe it, and they don’t really expect that you will. It’s just how this industry works. But that dance leads to just more of the same.
