Litmus Automation offers Loop Cloud, a middleware platform for Internet of Things (IoT) interactions, and Loop Edge, an IoT-savvy agent that companies can install on gateways, mobile devices, industrial equipment, and IoT sensors.
Litmus Automation’s customers can access Loop Cloud as a cloud-based PaaS offering or install it on-premises. Perhaps the most important differentiator for this platform, however, is the large quantity of adapters Litmus has built for the exploding number of IoT protocols currently on the market.
Litmus Automation has early traction with a few prominent connected car pilot projects, but the company’s primary focus is on manufacturing. In addition, Litmus Automation has a strong channel play, with numerous OEM opportunities in the works.
