Ayehu is among the latest generation of process automation vendors that takes a visual modeling, no-code approach to automating IT workflows, especially for level 1 and level 2 support tasks.
Ayehu’s interface presents a toolbox of pre-built activities and other content, supporting drag-and-drop process construction. The vendor has pre-integrated each of these component building blocks with a large number of third-party vendor’s tools for a true no-scripting experience.
The vendors most important differentiator, however, is how it leverages machine learning to recommend next best actions as well as implement dynamic rules and workflows. The result: Ayehu automatically makes recommendations for how to optimize workflows based upon the performance of pre-defined workflows in production.
