If the three capabilities from Cloud4U were separate tools, then there wouldn’t be that much to say about the company.
Its visual modeler allows architects to design a cloud environment with drag-and-drop simplicity. Its workflow tool makes designing cloud workflows like provisioning, bursting, failover, etc. simple and straightforward.
Where Cloud4U stands out, however, is how it has built its cloud management capability directly into the modeling and workflow tools, enabling cloud operators to manage from the models. One important benefit: combining design, workflow, and management into the same tool facilitates DevOps processes.
Cloud4U currently runs in AWS and on OpenStack, with Microsoft Azure support coming soon.
