The company’s original strength was in User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA), which gives it the ability to gain intelligence into human-centric threats like phishing and insider attacks.
In addition, Securonix offers two key differentiators that help it stand out in the mature, crowded SIEM market. First, its real-time data augmentation adds critical metadata to log information and other data feeds for more thorough analysis.
Secondly, Securonix leverages this augmentation to gain intelligence on threat chains: sequences of related events over time that uncover threat behavior, even when threat actors are actively covering their tracks.
