A decade ago, the founders of VeriTran realized that the financial services sector in Latin America needed to transform their operations rapidly and adopt mobile technologies to keep up with changing expectations — and that they were struggling to do so as the pace of change collided with the legacy systems that served as the backbone of financial transactions.
The company developed what we now call a mobile-native and web-friendly low-code development platform, but at the time was just a way to help the company’s clients rapidly innovate, build new applications, and extend functionality, but do so within the context of a legacy application stack that was core to their operations.
While low-code platforms are now growing in popularity and use, the company’s deep mobile capabilities and interesting integration approach, which they expose through a software development kit (SDK), positions its solution as a great fit for any organization that is looking to innovate and speed development, but which also must closely integrate these improvements into a legacy stack. The company has been focused predominately in the Latin America financial services industry, but is now looking to serve a broad range of industries in North America and Europe.
