As with most vendors in the cognitive search marketplace, Attivio leverages natural language processing, machine learning, and knowledge graphing to provide contextualized search and discovery across data of varying levels of structure.
Where Attivio differentiates itself is how well it works with common enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Pega. Not only can it automatically search across data available in each of these platforms (and many more), but it also embeds within each platform.
The result is seamless, two-way interactions as though Attivo’s cognitive search capability were simply part of the given platform, making, say, Salesforce information available in ServiceNow and vice versa.
