When we last spoke with Capsifi (then called Capsicum), we were immediately struck by the distinctiveness of its solution — and by how difficult it is to explain it. In the over two years since, the power of solution has continued to increase, but the increased breadth and reach of the solution has, if anything, made it even harder to get your head around it. The challenge is in its scope — and in that it challenges a long-held belief in the c-suite: that no tool can adequately and dynamically describe a complex organization’s business model and its operational underpinnings.

It turns out, however, that in this era of demand-driven innovation and the need for continuous business model innovation, it is precisely this understanding that enterprises need if they are to adapt and compete in an ever-more-rapidly changing market.
