Digital Operations – just another term for Digital Transformation?
One of the first questions Charles posed was whether I’m playing around with terminology. No, Digital Operations is not a new term for Digital Transformation, it’s about redefining business strategy based on how your systems, information and business processes need to work together in the digital world to improve the experiences of your customers, citizens, employees and stakeholders.
