ITmanager.net is taking the old remote desktop concept several steps further by providing admins with a mobile interface that can receive notifications and alerts from leading Ops and ITSM vendors, and opening up a multi-tenant VPN channel with keychain access to run scripts, invoke diagnostic tests and view client screens for on-the-spot issue resolution work, whether the resources are in the cloud or private datacenter.

The ITmanager solution caters to IT Ops administrators, managed service providers (MSPs) and government agencies. The solution takes in notifications from partners like AWS, VMware and PagerDuty, allowing admins to acknowledge incoming alerts, then securely log in to the appropriate server from the device and remotely resolve incidents.
