Ananda Networks offers a secure global networking platform that provides a dedicated network control plane for each customer that abstracts routing and security among network endpoints.
In other words, Ananda customers can create their own private networks connecting arbitrary endpoints in their data centers, IaaS, and edge deployments that leverage the Internet as well as WANs and LANs.
Under the covers, Ananda handles security and routing of the network traffic. Such private networks thus provide all the security benefits of microsegmentation, and also serve as a VPN replacement with dramatically better performance than standard VPNs.
Ananda uses machine learning to optimize the placement of cloud-based network relays that further improve security and performance.
Ananda’s architecture depends upon lightweight agents that can go in any runtime (virtual machine, container, etc.). Customers manage their networks via a cloud-based dashboard.
