Conversation is the essence of business. A financial trading firm or a retail operation is likely parsing millions or billions of daily exchanges between parties over email, phone, chat and other systems of collaboration and record.

re:Infer offers a real-time platform for ingesting human and system messages from omnichannel sources, and extracting the semantics and intent of these messages to drive actions and analytics in a variety of destination platforms, such as CRM, RPA, analytics and IT support tools.

Simply understanding the context or state of a given conversation is good enough for some tasks and transactional models. The goal here is to use AI to interpret the future trend or emotional implication of an incoming message, in order to allow automation systems to trigger exactly the right actions or assign the right resources to deliver on the expectations of customer relationships.

You might think of this as a form of data translation middleware between communications and business systems, until you get a look at the dashboard interface which allows you to heuristically filter and analyze the firehose of comms for request taxonomies, work categories and intent prediction confidence levels, as well as measuring automation and response success rates.
