Kyndi offers a natural language understanding (NLU) platform that delivers way more depth and intelligent answers for human-to-computer interaction than a typical chatbot, without trying to represent itself as a general-purpose AI model design or ML training environment.
Most conversational queries kick off a branching sequence of selection statements and decision trees to eventually reach an end answer. Kyndi’s unique AI seeks to understand the knowledge domain and the intent of the user as they contribute to an ideal answer.
A series of cognitive, historical and context-sensitive labeling and inference engines act like an enterprise-native data scientist that humans and other applications can interface with via languages or APIs. The resulting answer can also be backtracked to its origins in a low-code explainable AI view for continued tuning of the query/answer quality level over time.
