PractiTest: Making test suites behave for scaled software delivery

PractiTestAn Intellyx BrainCandy Update

We all know software testing is a necessary development discipline. But when agile releases create elements that are too cloudy and complex to test, and deadlines loom, we lean on automation, and the actual discipline of testing becomes an afterthought.

PractiTest offers a service-based vendor neutral platform for software test management that gathers and automates the execution of tests and observability checks under a common automation and error reporting control plane.

Their newest BDD (behavioral driven development) capability rides on top of this inevitable amalgam of testing and monitoring tools, attributing and measuring test runs and results in terms of customer activities and intended business outcomes. What’s cool here is the platform’s ability to make positive and negative assertions, run automation, and collate results and test documentation at very high scale within one view spanning the many quality and performance tools and measures the enterprise already has in place.
