Since we last spoke with Vantiq in August 2022, the company has pivoted to generative AI.
Today, Vantiq offers a real-time generative AI platform that can leverage both current and historical data to provide up-to-the-minute information without the ‘hallucinations’ that plague other generative AI applications.
Vantiq’s existing infrastructure is a resilient, event-driven middleware platform that supports dynamic interactions and is thus suitable for edge computing scenarios that require real-time information in a sporadic environment.
Now the company is adding generative AI which can leverage data across the organization, including real-time data that represent the current state of the network, to provide natural language-based insights to users in real-time.
Early use cases include real-time treatment information in healthcare, field service information for industry, smart city and first responder networks, and military battlefield scenarios.
