LogicMonitor Update: Hybrid Observability with AIOps

An Intellyx Brain Candy Update

At their recent Analyst Conference, LogicMonitor announced the release of Dexda, an AIOps product that automatically correlates alerts to speed root cause analysis and incident triaging.

When we spoke with them at the AWS Summit in July, they talked about how they can help customers with their cloud migration journey.

LogicMonitorLogicMonitor was founded in 2007 to offer an integrated monitoring solution that consolidated alerts and events from multiple network management products. Over time they extended this approach into consolidated data center infrastructure monitoring, developing integrations with infrastructure products such as databases, storage systems, and VMs.

Their new product strategy, delivered via their Envision Platform, extends this ITOps foundation to offer capabilities for hybrid observability and AIOps.

LogicMonitor remains a cloud based SaaS product with a highly scalable agentless approach that can be used in the cloud and in the data center to capture and consolidate events and alerts from sources in either or both environments.

This combination of extensive integrations for data center infrastructure monitoring, a cloud based SaaS product architecture, and cloud native infrastructure monitoring, together with AIOps provides an extensive set of capabilities for customers migrating to the cloud or repatriating applications from the cloud to the data center.
