Development resources skilled enough to build and test API integrations are in short supply, and many out-of-the-box RPA tools create brittle assets that don’t last unless constantly maintained.
Zenphi’s drag-and-drop workflow interface is simple enough for any citizen developer to understand, but it offers a predictive lookahead capability for suggesting the most logical next steps for a business process, including human decision points, and testing and debugging the execution of each step as it is added to meet process sustainability and scalability SLOs.
Workflow execution results and logs can be sent to the clients’ task management or systems of record.
