Zenduty offers just about every feature you can think of in a modern incident response and resolution platform, including alerting, on-call events, KPI dashboards, response playbooks and more – while still allowing support and delivery organizations to keep elements of their own familiar tool chains.
So for instance, teams can use Zenduty through a Slack interface, have it launch meetups in Zoom or Teams, or generate and track tickets within their Jira systems. SREs can survey and prioritize incidents while taking in telemetry from a variety of leading observability platforms and active data sources.
With so much consolidation going in the industry, this vendor’s ease of use, wide array of integrations, and reasonable cost of entry and growth makes it an appealing collaboration choice for growing businesses, small or large.
