We last covered Selector in November 2022. At that time, the company had implemented a network-centric AIOps solution that enabled customers to manage and troubleshoot their network, as well as other parts of their infrastructure.
Selector offers a data-centric platform that enables customers to customize the product to suit their particular needs based upon the data they wish to leverage, with Selector’s support.
This ‘white glove’ service differentiates Selector in the marketplace, especially with its large telecom customers who have diverse and specific requirements for network-centric AIOps.
More recently, Selector has announced a copilot offering that lets operators interact with data via a generative AI-based conversational interface. This interface enables operators to drill down into root causes of issues without knowing what questions to ask beforehand.
