iGrafx offers a process intelligence platform that organizations use to discover existing business processes, design processes, and then leverage process mining to optimize their processes.
The company leverages its process mining capabilities to populate its centralized process repository. Based on information in the repository, iGrafx customers can run process simulations and predictive analytics.
Customers use iGrafx to resolve supply chain challenges, deal with regulatory complexity, and build digital twin representations of business processes.
However, based upon its large installed base, the company’s process design and modeling capabilities still drive most of its business.
iGrafx runs both in the cloud and on-premises and offers better time to value than much of its competition.
