Hypermode offers a platform for building and deploying conversational AI agents via an approach that is itself conversational and iterative. Subject matter experts (SMEs) within the organization can thus construct, deploy, and improve agents via text prompts, both for themselves and their colleagues to use.

Hypermode also supports the platform engineering teams who run deployed agents. The platform can export agents as code for engineers to harden, connect to existing IT support technologies including management and observability tools, and deploy upon existing IT infrastructure leveraging WebAssembly, either on-premises or in the cloud.

The agents that the SMEs create execute discrete tasks that support employee productivity across sales, marketing, and other departments within the typical organization.

After deployment, SMEs and other ‘citizen developers’ can improve agent functionality by iteratively querying agent behavior and providing additional instructions to fine-tune their output.

Hypermode also secures agents by requiring them to comply with the permissions of the user running each agent.
