When we last covered Langcode in March 2025, the company offered a generative AI-based conversational experience platform focusing on customer experience.

In the past year, the company has fleshed out this product as an agentic AI platform that features a number of AI agents as well as agentic orchestration capabilities.

Agents include an HR bot, a financial bot, a legal bot, and a customer support bot, all available on a unified AI agent hub. The Langcode platform can orchestrate these agents as well as third-party agents.
