An Intellyx RSAC 2026 Update Brief
Fasoo AI was at RSAC 2026 announcing a serious pivot from our last coverage of the firm (when it was just called Fasoo) in 2024 toward becoming an “enterprise knowledge librarian” for protecting, refining, sharing and leveraging the many unstructured swaths of company data that may exist in networked storage and collaboration tools.
The parent company Fasoo, Ltd. recently announced its intent to merge with Konsilix to form a new company, Symbologic, by the end of April 2026. The combined platform brings Fasoo’s ability to discover, classify, encrypt and protect sensitive unstructured data and prevent unauthorized access, with Konsilix’s AI-driven capabilities for presenting the right data to the right employees to continually improve enterprise knowledge and inform AI model training, business processes and decisions.
“Instead of uploading your data to a data lake at great expense, or allowing a service like Claude or Chat GPT to upload data and files to the cloud, we hide and encrypt the keys to our files behind the VPC, so you can securely use your data for training or inference with a local LLM or agent, all within the control of the business,” said Rob Marano, CEO, Konsilix, in our booth demo. “For instance, if I request data I’m not supposed to see, I shouldn’t be able to ask an LLM for access to those documents either.”
The goal here is to have an always-on knowledge resource with an “intent router” to increase the accuracy and determinism of search results, while employees continuously provide feedback to improve model fidelity. For AI workloads, this capability can reduce training token costs and configuration time as the results of each run or inference response can be retained and compared with the results of other runs for similar vertical or horizontal business process knowledge work.
