In the telco space, the company offers a BSS/OSS stack that complies with TM Forum standards for open architecture and APIs. This stack also leverages agentic AI to support intent-driven networks that autonomously adapt to changing requirements.
Comarch also implements machine learning (ML) to identify anomalies and uncover root causes of issues, and feeds these ML results into its agents. The agents then work autonomously to resolve issues with the network as well as to support front-office operations while maintaining human-in-the-loop control.

Intellyx cold take: While Comarch promises that its technology supports the most advanced, ‘lights out’ autonomous network capabilities, the telco industry is still years from adopting such capabilities on a large scale.
