Xacria: Adding Closed-Loop Anomaly Detection and Resolution Automation to Cloud Native Orchestration and Provisioning Platform

An Intellyx Brain Candy Update

When we last covered Xacria in June 2024, the company offered a cloud native platform that provided configurable orchestration and provisioning for mobile, broadband, and Internet of Things operators.

To this platform, the company is adding Xacria Closed-Loop Anomaly Detection and Resolution Automation (XCLADRA). XCALADRA enables communications services providers (CSPs) to leverage AI for real-time automation of root-cause analysis and remediation.

XCALADRA leverages machine learning for anomaly detection and root cause analysis in conjunction with real-time decisioning with operational context that can correlate events for automated problem determination and remediation.

Intellyx hot take: Xacria’s underlying cloud native microservices architecture is the ideal underpinning for its orchestration and provisioning platform.

Intellyx cold take: Xacria may find limited demand for its cloud native platform from telcos struggling under legacy technical debt burdens.
