An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
We’ve covered Aviatrix several times over the years, most recently in June 2025. Each time, the vendor has added new capabilities to its Cloud Native Security Fabric (CNSF), its cloud networking and security platform that integrates networking, network segmentation, traffic inspection, and security policy enforcement into a cloud-wide security fabric.
Leveraging the CNSF, Aviatrix is now offering a Containment Platform that focuses on containing the blast radius of breaches, even when attacks (or misbehaving agents) move too quickly for new patches or route around traditional chokepoint-based security mechanisms.
The Containment Platform works at the network layer to discover problematic traffic, deploy containment mechanisms, enforce policies on the fly, and monitor traffic on an ongoing basis.
While the CNSF provides security for any cloud native workload, its containment capabilities are particularly useful for securing agentic AI workloads.
Enterprise teams building such workloads generally don’t focus on network-centric issues, so Aviatrix has configured its platform for simple deployment and configuration by developers as well as network personnel.
Aviatrix has also integrated post-quantum cryptography (PQC) into its platform – a capability that is becoming an increasingly urgent priority for enterprises as the date of quantum supremacy (aka ‘Q-day’) approaches.
PQC capabilities give Aviatrix customers crypto-agility, meaning that they can update their encryption protocols whenever they are ready or when new vulnerabilities mandate such updates.
Intellyx hot take: Agentic AI security is a hot topic today as numerous vendors rush their offerings to market. However, few agentic security vendors focus on the network. Aviatrix has done the years of hard work necessary to bring network-centric agentic AI containment to market.
Intellyx cold take: Aviatrix has long struggled to simplify its offering. The company has made good progress simplifying the deployment of its technology, but its market messaging is still overly complicated.
