Cybercriminals use AI to rapidly attack organizations at increasing volumes. In this modern escalation of the conflict between cybercriminals and cyberdefenders, Sevii’s security framework fights agentic fire with agentic fire, automating security analyst workflows to keep pace.
Sevii’s governance, configurable guardrails, self-correcting AI, and scope-constrained architecture prevent bad behavior by their warrior agents. Customers initially review and approve agent recommendations before going fully autonomous.
Warrior agents respond to “known and unknown” attacks. Known attacks are those detected by security monitoring tools such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or various SIEM products, where the attacker is visible. Unknown attacks are not detected by tools but rather identified through threat hunting.
Sevii uses a proprietary AI routing model and harness rather than a third-party agentic framework to improve trust for critical autonomous operations.
The platform employs a mix of AI technologies, including ML, LLMs, open-weight models, frontier models, SLMs, and custom models and selects the right type of AI for each task.
Rather than moving data to a central store, Sevii’s agents the metadata needed for each detection from its source (EDR, vulnerability management tools, identity systems, etc.).
The Intellyx Hot Take: No doubt we’ll need AI agents to defend us against rogue or criminal AI agents, and there’s no doubt using AI increases the speed and volume of cyber attacks, requiring automated responses. Sevii takes the issue of rogue agents seriously and built safeguards into their platform to prevent agents working outside their assigned task space, which sounds like the right approach.
The Intellyx Cold Take: With all we’ve heard lately about rogue agents, we have to be a little cautious that any amount of guardrails and governance can really contain them.
