PERSONAL PREFERENCE
You’ve been working from home long enough to know how much you like it. Once the pandemic lifts, the question will be whether you’ll need to return to the office,
and for what purposes. If WFH is working for you, then why go back? On the other hand, if you’re at your wit’s end, that’s a different story. How the new normal plays out (for technical people, at least), therefore, will largely be a matter of personal preference.
