An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
When we last covered Spectro Cloud in April 2020, its core Kubernetes-as-a-Service differentiator was the fact it worked in any public cloud, private cloud, or bare metal implementation.
Today, Spectro Cloud has extended its capabilities to multicluster and multicloud deployments of Kubernetes. Its declarative control plane operates at a level of abstraction above Kubernetes itself, giving customers the ability to manage multiple clusters across day 0 (architecture), day 1 (provisioning) and day 2 (ongoing operations).
Spectro Cloud’s ability to abstract multiple clusters across diverse environments at scale (aka multicluster fleet management) positions the company well for the exploding buildout of edge computing.
